The Marketing Manager will manage the creation and activation/delivery of direct marketing plans and targeted campaigns across all phases of the member lifecycle. This position will support digital channels including our website, email, social media, SMS/text, and mobile channels as well as traditional channels including direct mail. This position will liaise and build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and will collaborate with other teams including IT, marketing, customer service, content, and analytics in addition to external business partners and agencies/vendors.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the development and implementation of digital communications across all phases of the member lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding/renewal, and engagement.

• Provide digital messaging strategy upon reviewing KPIs and metrics; identify opportunities and develop actions to improve email and journey marketing campaign performance.

• Manage multiple projects to completion, drive execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

• Create and manage a digital communications calendar and lead the planning process for delivery of digital communications.

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe tech stack, and Unica a plus.

• Knowledge of and experience with agile methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with Workfront or another MRM tool is preferred.
