How you will make an impact: + Collaborate with other operational, clinical, and financial area leaders to develop and refine program impact metrics for clinical management programs in order to build and enhance the company's value proposition. + Lead report development and enhancements for medical management programs and interventions addressing the variety of clinical, behavioral and socioeconomic opportunities and utilizing a multitude of outreach and content delivery mechanisms from digital to in-person. + Be a visionary and transform clinical analytics functionality through building partnerships within and outside of Health Economic team. + Lead clinical analysis and ad-hoc analytical support to directly or indirectly assist account managers, employers, members and providers in making decisions about plan medical management programs and design. + Direct the team of highly talented advanced clinical analysts and health economists to deliver on company strategic objectives. Status:Full-time, Salary with Bonus potential, Remote-work at home-ideally in Eastern or Central time zone Requirements + Bachelor's degree + Minimum of 9 years of experience in financial, utilization, and quality measures of health care, managed care information development, physician profiling reporting + Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred skill set, capabilities and experience + MBA or MPH degree + Experience in Healthcare- payer or provider + Clinical analysis experience + Healthcare economics experience + Hands on statistical analysis experience + People leader experience – leading a team of 10-15 direct reports + Business Consultant experience Applicable to Colorado Applicants Only Annual Salary Range*: $132,720 - $165,900 Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. * The hourly or salary range is the range Elevance Health in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
