Program Manager

Location: Virginia Beach, VA preferred, Atlanta, GA- Chicago, IL-Las Vegas, NV-Louisville, KY, Minneapolis/Minnetonka, MN-Morristown, NY-St. Louis, MO, Wallingford, CT

The Program Manager is required to execute business strategies across multiple products and business lines while ensuring both remain in alignment with the larger enterprise/regional external client facing problem. This individual will work directly with the Director Pharmacy Ops Support by reporting out on program KPIs for integrated Lock-In & Pharmacy Home Programs as well as ARG Medicaid and Commercial business.

Works directly with the Medicaid team to manage all implementation and expansion projects while working with the team to mitigate risks and issues that may occur throughout day-to-day operations. Coordination with the Pharmacy Home team entails receiving current status of integrated enhancements, risks, issues, and updates for ARG clients and implementations.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Manages and coordinates the development, approval, implementation and compliance of new initiatives, projects, and programs

  • LOE and budget tracking

  • Ensuring programs meet stated objectives

  • Provide subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day external client facing business issues.

  • Lead multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.

  • Manage external client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas.

  • Coordinates training related to external client facing program.

  • Work with Directors to develop program success measures.

Qualifications

Preferred experience:

SQL Management Studio, FACETS, Macess systems

IT Background

Market implementation experience

Internal/External client facing

Requires a BA/BS degree; 5-7 years of external client facing experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Graduate degree preferred. Project management certification preferred.
