Network Support Manager


NYC, Albany, Middletown NY preferred and will consider other locations.

Virtual start, some office work

Coordinates projects and process improvement of various activities related to Provider Operations. Participates in projects designed to improve all levels of Provider Operations.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • May oversee operating business plans, department activities and facilitates resolution of problems and issues.

  • Coordinates internal department or overall Provider Operations projects and process improvements.

  • Coordinates strategies, policies and programs to ensure accurate administration of remediation procedures across multiple lines of business and multiple platforms.

  • Creates tools to assist Provider Operations work and administration.

  • Interfaces with business partners for research or project implementation.

  • Coordinates and acts as a business partner on projects that support Provider Operations issue escalation remediation, root cause and prevention.


Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the health care industry with background in provider relations, facility contracts and reimbursement; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred

  • Project Management

  • Process Improvement

  • Provider Operations

  • Experience with Presentations
