The Mgr Benefits is responsible for establishing and administer the HR Benefits administration strategy for organization employees.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Partners with the Benefits Communities of Expertise to provide updates on current challenges or suggested program changes.
Understands and implements new changes to active and retiree Benefits programs.
Oversee the team of benefits experts that handle pension plan administration, enrollments/disenrollment, tuition & health club reimbursement, dependent & income verifications, evidence of insurability, life essential kits, death processing and benefit questions.
Responsible for the overall management of benefits processing for active and retired associates.
Keeps leadership advised of potential problems and recommends/implements solutions to ensure a seamless benefits enrollment of new hires and associates with life events.
Work with the benefits design team to ensure that benefit changes are implemented to while ensuring successful annual active and retiree medical enrollment every year.
Consults on benefits options and impacts for any M&A. Performs successful M&A analysis when needed and benefits integration.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Requires a bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years experience with 2 years of experience in a people leader and/or leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Technical expertise in Excel is required.
HR related designation strongly preferred.
