Responsible for sales enablement activities that improve frontline sales effectiveness; Builds tools, communication strategies and information sources that help the sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Develops and implements frontline external go to market strategic plans.
Delivers consistent tools across all markets representing one common voice.
Designs and executes an internal sales strategic plan and process.
Develops/Maintains sales playbook composition in partnership with segment marketing.
Represents sales in product launch plans from strategy to development to launch.
Responsible for Relationship growth with external producers and intermediaries.
Drives consistent sales messaging leveraging all sales collateral including RFPs, pitch books, and training materials to External Intermediaries.
Serves as a liaison for sales to finance, marketing, legal and IT departments on selected contractual items
Represents the needs of sales in meetings and cross-functional projects.
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 7 years of sales, marketing and/or relationship experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Managed care or PBM experience required
Excellent planning, organizational, and persuasive skills strongly preferred.
