Provide support in Region 2 states including development, planning, and prioritization of on-going internal and external client and regulatory expectations.
Support and develop cost of care initiatives as well as support growing business and state objectives.
Position is necessary to support contractually required teams through developing training/workflows and updating/maintaining Policies and Procedures and additional documents to maintain compliance within each state.
Provides support to regional and state clinical leaders.
Requires a BA/BS degree;10 + years of experience in external client facing program management, project management; complex business processes, strategic and business planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Clinical and Medicaid managed care experience preferred.
Data analytic experience and strong excel experience preferred.
