Digital Solutions Director - Workday and ServiceNow Architect
Location: This position can work remotely anywhere in the United States, ideally near an Anthem location.
Anthem’s Chief Administration Officer team is looking for a Digital Solutions Director to join its team. This high-performing individual contributor will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of the digital experience and strategies across markets. Leverages expertise in healthcare and digital to support the organization's business partners in the identification and deployment of innovative solutions to derive value from business opportunities. Responsible for working with business partners to evaluate digital concepts, opportunities and vendors to assess their value and how they best fit into the existing ecosystem of solutions. Our ideal candidate has deep experience of Workday and ServiceNow advisory, implementation, enhancement, architecture and support for Health Care Management Modules.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Identifies and evaluates strategic business opportunities.
Prepares financial analyses including building financial models and guiding financial analysts in preparation of further detailed analysis.
Coordinates with other business units in evaluation of opportunities and participation in due diligence of specific opportunities.
Delivery of end-to-end processes and technology solutions for business requirements and delivers or exceeds business transformation goals.
Responsible for leading resolution of escalated issues and risks in a timely manner.
Provide solutioning to detailed business functional requirements and deployment of the Solution (including processes, systems, data and integration) ensuring a consistent level of detail across functional and technical areas.
Manage scope, minimize global template deviations and customizations.
Ensure that the approach consistently adheres to the guiding principles and to the enterprise standards.
Requires a BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience in solution strategy, digital product management and development of digital software products; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Involved in active Workday and ServiceNow platform implementation of HCM, including 200+ integrations, numerous reports, Prism reporting, Security setup, Dashboard and discovery board setup is highly preferred.
Experience in healthcare industry in a direct to consumer (DTC) capacity.
