The position shall reside in Colorado.

Responsible for account management retention activities within an assigned book of business.

This position oversees the Colorado Crisis Services program which encompasses the administrative services agreements for three Colorado Crisis Services Regions and funded by the Office of Behavioral Health in Colorado.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for achieving client retention by developing deep familiarity with all aspects of client contracts including products, service levels, and client KPIs.

  • Partner with key Anthem and Beacon stakeholders to develop account plans for each client.

  • Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities to achieve gross margin and EBITDA targets.

  • Develops business relationships with key decision makers and ensures client satisfaction.

  • Takes a lead role in client meetings, upsells and RFPs / Rebids.

  • Serves as a key client contact for independent resolution and innovation for client executive teams.

  • Coaches Account Managers as needed.

  • Lead and influence communications with client leadership on company value proposition and alignment to client strategy.

  • Provides oversight for the programming within the contract which includes intensive case management services and high touch assessment and referrals services.

  • This position will be the key liaison between the client (OBH) and the delivery system.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS, MBA preferred; 7 years of experience working in a sales and/or account management, strategy, or sales support operations role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
