Title: Business Change Manager/ Business Change Manager Sr for the Program Integrity Division.

(There is only 1 open position at this time and the level of the candidate hired will be determined based on level of experience)

Preferred Location(s): Atlanta, GA: Cincinnati, OH: Indianapolis, IN: Virginia Beach, VA: (will consider other locations)

Status: Work from home, Full-time, Bonus Potential

The Program Integrity division focuses on ensuring accurate financial claims processing and reducing admin costs to bring the best value to the health care program. The Diversified Business Group (DBG) Advanced Analytics and Services team focuses on combining optimized processes with best-in-class technology to bring the most value to Program Integrity.

The Business Change Manager is responsible for working with management to identify and implement change as needed in order to improve performance and quality standards, and ensure adherence to industry best practices and scalability specific to Program Integrity’s properties and needs.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • May specialize in one area of organization effectiveness or be assigned to directly support a business unit

  • Identifies potential issues, gaps change, and scope.

  • Leads efforts to identify best practices.

  • Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and/or resources required.

  • Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.

  • Designs methods for integrating function and process.

  • Conducts cost/benefit analyses.

  • Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

  • Manage internal and external client facing relationships and partnerships.

  • Provides meeting facilitation, research and/or business analysis functions as required to assist in execution of initiatives.

  • Researches complex issues and/or operational gaps as assigned by leadership and develops solutions recommendations.

  • Employs strong execution skills to deliver on assigned duties.

  • May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects.

  • Consults with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology.

  • Serve as subject matter expert and therefore is a liaison between the business and the Scrum teams including but limited to:

  • Translating capabilities/features into vetted user stories with acceptance criteria within the backlog

  • Developing and executing test cases

  • Assist with business case development from problem definition.

  • Leverages process improvement methodologies/techniques to eliminate waste, duplication and stream-line processes

  • Acts as a mentor to peers, providing training as necessary.

    Ability to travel maybe required.

Qualifications

Business Change Manager Requirements:

  • BA/BS in a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years process improvement, , business change, project, related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign.

  • Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

    Business Change Manager Sr Requirements:

  • BA/BS in a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change, project, related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign.

  • Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

    Business Change Manager/ Manager Sr Preferences:

  • Experience with AHA, JIRA, Confluence, and/or JIRA Align.

  • Agile experience.

  • Vendor management experience

  • Business development experience

  • Product Management

  • Product Owner experience is a plus.

  • Healthcare industry experience a plus.

  • Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Highly motivated; self-starter.

  • Experience writing SQL queries a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented; innovative; problem solver; ability to strategize.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business needs.

  • Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills in order to stay on top of multiple competing business needs.
