Financial Consultant Manager
Responsible for leading the process of preparation and interpretation of complex financial analysis for lines of business. Has end-to-end ownership/management of business processes and works across functions and business departments to drive holistic and consistent solutions.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • Leads projects and focuses on business process improvement initiatives and in some departments will help to create innovative financial system solutions to minimize manual or repetitive functions. • Consults with and provides management with solutions and recommended actions. • Provides guidance and training to less experienced team members. • Conducts and documents complex financial and business-related analyses and research fields, including financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investment. • Provides detailed analysis and reporting for leadership, working closely with company internal and external auditors. • Works with business partners to identify and implement strategic projects that support company goals. • Responsible for enterprise or business unit processes related to business case development, ROI analysis, cost and benefits realization and other support of the company’s investments.
Financial Consultant Senior Responsible for providing financial analysis and preparing an analysis of results for lines of business.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • Works with management to provide decision support analysis. • Conducts and documents complex financial and business-related analyses and research fields including financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investment. • Focuses on business improvement initiatives and leads and directs projects. • Provides guidance to less experienced financial consultants.
Financial Consultant Responsible for reviewing and preparing the interpretation of historical financial data, financial projections, and results. Performs consulting services to support business development studies, economic evaluation, and planning functions.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • Identifies complex financial problems or issues, research solutions, and implements corrective steps to achieve a higher level of efficiency. • Advises management of various financial models and recommendations. • Prepares complex presentations. • Prepares financial planning, the financial section of annual and quarterly reports to shareholders, applicable government reports, and budget reports. • Is used as a resource by staff or outside departments. • Trains and reviews the work of lower-level Financial Analysts.
Financial Consultant Manager Qualifications • Requires a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 6 years budgeting, forecasting, and accounting financial reporting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. • MBA preferred. CPA, CMA, FSA and/or CFA preferred. Strong knowledge of internal business processes, data flow, controls and our financial systems preferred.
Financial Consultant Senior Qualifications • Requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance and a minimum of 5 years of budgeting, forecasting and accounting financial reporting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA, CPA, CMA, FSA, and/or CFA preferred.
Financial Consultant Qualifications • Requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in general accounting, finance, or budget and planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
