The Digital Marketing Solutions Director combines expertise in health care, strategic planning, digital marketing, omni-channel engagement, and marketing technology to support the Commercial Member Marketing Organization in identifying and deploying innovative, digital engagement solutions that deliver measureable value to our members and meets business objectives. This unique role is responsible for leading a high-profile member journey from a marketing-experience perspective, while working collaboratively and inclusively with business partners to evaluate and design omni-channel campaign experiences, assess the value, and initiate changes that drive success. The candidate must have working knowledge of marketing technology, performance marketing, SEO, and content management. Demonstrable experience is required in omni-channel marketing planning by cost and value, activating insights and data, directing with an analytical and data-driven mindset, thought leadership, and influencing people. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Developing digital omni-channel marketing experience strategies, programs, and solutions based on business priorities, customer insights, and industry trends.
Directing research and evaluating new digital marketing concepts/solutions and determining if and how they would best fit into the existing portfolio of services.
Developing strategic roadmaps and competitive benchmark assessments.
Identifying or evaluating potential solutions that could support the marketing effort.
Working with business partners and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration to create business cases and ensure the deployment of solutions that engage target populations and address market needs.
Partnering with leaders and associates in the broader enterprise digital solutions organization to align priorities and strategies. Gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, and stakeholder and consumer feedback.
Requires a BA/BS degree in related field, MBA or equivalent preferred; 10+ years of experience in solution strategy, digital product management and development of digital software products; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience in a direct to consumer (DTC) performance marketing capacity preferred.
Proven onmi channel experience preferred.
Managed Health Care experience preferred.
