Title: Account Management Analyst Senior
Location: Richmond, VA | Indianapolis, IN | Mason, OH | Atlanta, GA | Norfolk, VA
Essential duties to include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for assisting in developing and building improved methodologies and practices consistent with current enterprise goals.
Participates on change initiatives teams and works with Business and IT SMEs to document the needs of the department.
Gathers data and information for analysis and review.
Acts as a team member on change and improvement initiatives.
Participates in changes across the organization and in improving new or existing processes, methodologies and practices through observation, research and data collection and analysis.
Monitors adoption and use of process, tools and practices.
Review and update process documentation on a scheduled basis
Create and maintain instructional video vignettes that demonstrate how to effectively use member experience digital tools
Daily interaction with various levels of associates across the enterprise
Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years experience in any of the following: coaching, mentoring, monitoring and measuring Information Technology process, tools and standard practices; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Relevant experience/certification in applicable domain such as Project Management and/or process management is strongly preferred.
Great comunication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience with SharePoint
Great time management and organizational skills
