Responsible for coordinating programs which support marketing services and operations for the enterprise. Ensures that services and materials meet specifications and business rules, costs are appropriate/on budget, adherence to regulatory / privacy rules and deadlines are met.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports the development, implementation and oversight/audit of market- response/fulfillment, print production, direct marketing, through assigned project tasks including content and collateral coordination, coordinating and confirming print job specifications and/or translation requirements, and/or supporting activities such as financial/contract/invoice administration.

  • Follows appropriate processes and timelines to support government , program and operational considerations.

  • Coordinates activities/data with vendors to ensure strong execution against contractual and requested services; including invoice reconciliation, reporting, etc.

  • Contributes to department work streams and new or improved methods or processes to support increased efficiencies, economies and operational excellence.

  • Contribute to overall planning, budgeting and reporting progress against program objectives.

  • Works closely with warehouse and fulfillment vendor to create and deactivate ordering accounts, assure maximum quantities are enforced, and has general responsibility for assuring all individuals with ordering capabilities have access to appropriate catalogs.

  • Manages all catalogs (adding and removing of items). Manages all warehouse inventory, determines reorder points; assures all appropriate parties are aware of stock issues. Provides usage reports as required.

  • Coordinates 3rd party materials, assuring warehouse knows when materials are being received and monitors the inventory.

  • Functions as liaison between external (service provider catalog) and internal ValueOptions Federal Services, Inc. ® Military OneSource teams to the warehouse.

  • Responsible for distribution world-wide, (processing and tracking of orders).

  • Handles complaints.

  • Coordinates shipment of display items and other equipment to team members

  • Assists in other administrative support as needed

    Requires a HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of marketing service / operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. BA/BS preferred.

    Preferred Experiences: Successfully managed in a complex organization of similar or larger size and at least 3 years of fulfillment coordination experience. Proven ability to function effectively in an environment of rapid change. Ability to balance the need for operational efficiency with nimbleness and innovation and represent the company from an operational perspective. Prior military experience (Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserve), Military spouse, or Military government employment exposure highly desired.
